About the Position
As a Clinical Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for the manual packaging of clinical trial samples, making a significant contribution to the timely and high-quality production of medications for clinical studies. You will work according to strict GMP, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring that all processes are properly documented and reliably executed.

“` Your main tasks
Manual labeling and packaging of primary packaged medications for clinical trials
Performing all assigned tasks according to the production plan and applicable GMP, occupational health and safety, environmental, and safety regulations
Providing timely and accurate production-related batch documentation (paper and electronic)
Contributing to order and cleanliness in the production area (5S, workplace cleaning, etc.)
Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
Conducting in-process controls
Continuous improvement: Identifying weaknesses, submitting optimization suggestions
Participating in all relevant training courses and ensuring the required level of training
Willingness to work overtime or shifts (early and late shifts) if required
Participating in continuous improvement projects
Collaborating with other departments and being willing to work in other areas
Your profile
Training as a mechanic, production specialist, CTA, or similar is an advantage
Several years of experience in the GMP area are an advantage
Strong team player with good communication skills Team spirit
High adaptability and resilience
Conscientious and meticulous work ethic, especially regarding documentation, order, and cleanliness
Structured, constructive, and solution-oriented approach to work
Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility
Fine motor skills and a passion for precise work
Good computer skills (MS Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage
Experience in a GMP environment or in highly critical areas is an advantage
Good written and spoken German skills
