- Reception and guidance: Managing incoming calls with professionalism and kindness.
- Advice and support: Answering customer questions and guiding them towards solutions tailored to their needs.
- Prospecting and customer relations: Contacting new prospects to
present our services and maintain a relationship of trust. - Monitoring and reporting: Update customer databases and report on your activities accurately.
Your profile:
- An interest in the insurance sector is an asset, but not
mandatory – training is available. - Excellent command of spoken French. Knowledge of another national language is an asset.
- You enjoy human contact, you are comfortable on the phone and have an
excellent sense of service. - A motivated, organized individual capable of working completely independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (Office suite, CRM). Experience in a call center or in sales is appreciated.
