20-year-old Renato Xyke is the author of the murder of 26-year-old Albanian Kevin Muharremi in Italy.
The news was announced by local media, which wrote that the author of the murder is also of Albanian origin, residing in Santa Maria a Monte.
His escape lasted only a few hours after the murder and ended on the A1 motorway, in the Arezzo segment, several hundred kilometers from the place where he had committed the crime.
The young man was hit in the neck by a bullet fired by an ‘SUV’ that had approached their vehicle in parallel.
The incident is suspected to have occurred after a fight in a bar in Capanne, in Montopoli Valdarno. The suspect, previously known to law enforcement, escaped alone after the incident in a dark gray Range Rover Evoque.
He was then stopped by the traffic police on the A1 motorway, in the Arezzo section.
Verifications are being carried out to clarify whether there was a pursuit between the two vehicles. Kevin Muharremi lived in Fucecchio, where he worked in a car wash and service.
The suspected killer of Kevin Muharremi is now at the disposal of the judicial authorities in Pisa
