Role Snapshot – What You’ll Do
Install, service and commission a range of residential AV/SMART-home systems
Troubleshoot issues and provide client support on site
Work within a small team and occasionally autonomously across London
Keep records up to date and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
You’ll Need
Understanding of audio-visual and IT systems
Knowledge of Control4/ Lutron / similar systems
Motivation to progress your AV career through training and development
Enjoy working in an SME with clear progression pathways
